Description

The attached patch adds a new setting to disable automatic backups for users with their own backup strategies or users just wanting to shoot themselves in the foot. If applied after #5286 (specifically mythtv-5286-no_backup_for_new_database.patch) is committed, the "-post_5286" version of the patch should be used.
