tv_find_grabbers times out

Description
Running tv_find_grabbers takes more than 25 seconds on my system and this causes mythtv-setup to not find any XMLTV grabbers.
Timeout was increased in ticket 2559 to 25 seconds, but maybe it needs another increase? On my system (mythbuntu 8.04 with about 30 grabbers installed) it takes about 27 seconds to run tv_find_grabbers.
As a quick way around this problem I manually removed some grabbers I didn't need to get tv_find_grabbers to complete faster.

Submit this upstream to XMLTV, it shouldn't be take so long and it can be faster, the issue has been discussed on their mailing list before.
