alternative skin for mythweb

Description

I spent some time editing the css files of the default skin in mythweb 0.21-fixes. The attached tar file should be extracted into the skins directory of mythweb. Since the default theme forces the icons to 48px I have also attached a headers.php file that enables my 32px icons to work. Place this file into the modules/_shared/tmpl/default/ directory overwriting the existing. Attached also a screenshot for the impatient.
