0.22's diseqc tone switching has regressed

Description

0.21's diseqc tone switching has worked for me, as does the switching employed by 'scan' (from dvb-utils).

However building trunk mythtv (0.22) it has stopped working and scanning a frequency will not pick up anything. If I then revert change 16138, rebuild, and then install it starts working.

I have also mentioned this in the original bug report 4133.

As asked in the original bug report: Have you tried changing your switch type to mini diseqc with this patch applied? Does it restore functionality for you?
