mythtranscode --fifodir --fifosync option is broken

Description

trying to run nuvexport like I usually do, but something in current trunk is causing mythtranscode to think that --fifodir is missing from the parameters with --fifosync is specified, resulting in a "Must specify --fifodir to use --fifosync" error.

I am having some trouble recompiling trunk to enable debug mode, but will attach a backtrace when I do. Hoping one of you will see an obvious fix.

Ok. Tried to create a backtrace, but it's a normal clean exit, so there isn't one. Just means that something's not parsing correctly.

Found it. [16790] brought an "==NULL" => "\!..isEmpty", which should not have added the extra negative. I'll be committing a fix momentarily after I confirm that it works.

(In [18670]) Remove a "not" conditional that was accidentally brought over in [16790]. This should make the --fifodir option behave properly again. Closes #5798.
