Description
Rather than using the main transmitter in Hobart (.tas.au) [VHF], I've had to use the Hobart NE Suburbs translator (Government Hills) [high-band UHF]. Scanning is successful (even with a custom channels.conf), however mythtv associates channels with the VHF multiplex frequencies (as published in the TS?), rather than the translated UHF ones (what the card is tuned to) ... resulting in no tunable channels at all. My only work-around at the moment is to change the channel/mux information in the database.

Trunk uses a new channel scanner, not fixing 0.21-fixes channel scanning problem anymore.

These channels should be checked against the new channel scanner to verify we can handle this situation.
