Mythvideo setup takes first period in the filename for movie poster

Description

The MythVideo manager improperly parses the filename for a movie poster. It assumes that the first period (".") in the filename is where the file extension starts instead of using the last period. So if a file "movie.2008.jpg" exists then it is not showed as a possible poster file.
