DVD menu by default?

Description
It would be nice if there were a way to have the Internal player automatically jump to the DVD menu.
I have a few disks with the still frames bug in the ads at the front. If I am lightning fast I can get the menu up before it locks, but sometimes I am not... and sometimes I am not even home when people use the system.

FWIW please don't submit patches for this. I alreay have a patch to enable exactly this functionality, it's pretty old and needs to be updated for trunk but when I get the chance I'll do that and commit for 0.22.

Aside from this being a feature request without a patch (it belongs on the wiki, not in trac), do not implement features to workaround bugs. Fix it so it doesn't break on the opening ads.
