Description
I first suspected the changes for #5890, but I've ruled those out.
- This only happens when timestretch is enabled near the beginning of a recording.
- It does not happen after any skipping.
- It can be stopped by doing a pause/skip/unpause.
- It is not stopped by a pause/unpause alone.
