Description

The channel scanner in mythtv-setup assigns incorrect channel numbers when the zero character is chosen as the separator.

To reproduce the bug, go to Channel Editor -> Channel Scanner. Choose the zero character as the ATSC separator. Scan channels. Channel 5-1 will be 15, 4-2 will be 24, 45-2 will be 245, and so on. The expected correct numbers are 501, 402, and 4502, respectively.
