svn update fails on mythweb on case insensitive systems

Description
If i checkout mythweb on my windows box, it complains about two identical directories (mythweb/themes/Default and mythweb/themes/default).

This is really frustrating because it is not even possible to update or checkout the plugins module on any system (including os x) with a case insensitive file system. I should still be able to checkout mythplugins even if I choose to run mythweb on a different machine.

Nothing I can do about that for now... default will eventually replace Default, but for now, they're both there. Run mythweb on your backend in the meantime.
