MythVideo's dvd ripping to ISO saves .iso in MythVideoDir

Description
ripping DVD to ISO is tring to save the file in MythVideoDir. If there are more folders defined, it takes the first one. If the folder is not writeable for the mythtv user, ripping just quits and the user has no idea what happend. Only checking the logs helped.
I am proposing:
- Mytharchive should not use MythVideoDir but it's own folder which should be defined in the GUI and the user can choose the same folder like in MythVideo
- Myhtarchive should check is it able to write in the defined folder
- It should check the free space of this folder/partition
