Terra Theme: Add channel, start and end time to watch recordings screen

Description
I occasionally get duplicate recordings - one HD, one SD. Not sure what causes that, although I have some suspicion around EIT data being poorly updated by the TV guys, and confusing Myth.
Anyway, when I have two programmes, the new Terra theme doesn't give me a way to distinguish between them. This change adds channel, start and end time to the bottom of the screen. It sometimes scrolls off the bottom, but only if there is an awful lot of description.
