Description

Thanks to James Meyer for writing these following the addition of description parsing/display in [19712]

Opening a ticket so that I don't forget or lose the patches again.

(In [20089]) Add description strings for items in the default menus. Patch by James Meyer. Closes #6308. These descriptions are not final or complete, but there are a starting point upon which I hope people will build. Translations will be handled through the main ts files.
