Browse mode doesn't list all available channels in LiveTV (#978)

Description

I have a combined BE/FE system with two DVB cards (satellite and terrestrial). The usually long channel switch time (5 sec.) between channels in the same card, become ridiculously slow (> 10 sec.) when changing channels in different DVB cards. Using browse mode as a workaround for this does not help since browse mode show channel for the currently tuned card.

I think it would be very useful to have browse mode to show channels from all input cards. (See also Ticket #978)
