Description

A few updates to the win32-packager script:

  1. MySQL version to 5.1.33
  2. Update stdlib.h check for MinGW 3.15.2
  3. Define _PID_T_ in sched.h patch (collision with sys/types.h)
  4. Update setup_build.sh to catch Qt dbg SQL driver and codecs
