Description

Installing MythArchive and MythWeather copies ".svn" directories to the install location.

The attached patches add a version of "cpsvndir" to the "mythplugins" directory that supports copying source files from any location to the desired destination. Other patches make the same changes to the copies of "cpsvndir" in "mythtv", "myththemes", and "themes" directories.
