MythMusic cannot import CD

Description
When entering the "Import CD" menu in all themes I get an error "Missing theme elements for screen 'cdripper'" It simply returns to same menu.

You haven't posted the output of --version. However since the theme is present and correct for both 0.21-fixes and trunk, I'm closing as 'works for me'. You may be using a broken theme.
