Use Tango based weather icons for default theme.

Description
The Tango weather icons (which are in the public domain) seem a bit more polished than the ones used in the current default theme. I think they also fit better with the other theme icons.
I have attached a set of Tango based icons which could be used as replacements.

The first icons set I uploaded contained 3 icons which were licensed under Creative Commons Share-Alike. I don't think that license is compatible with GPL. The second set contains only public domain icons.

Can you provide information re: the licensing on these icons, specifically a link to their point of origin and its license? Thanks.

The bottom of the page specifies that the icon theme has been released to the public domain. Any modifications from the original set were made by me.
