Description
Title (or year or rating or ...) ordering can be frustrating when you have a large number of videos. This patch lets you sort them by folder & name. Handy for editing metadata when you bring in a folder full of stuff.

It would be great, if one could order the Videos by folders like this:
That's tough to do from sql so I can't handle it in this little patch.
My original intention was to enable metadata editing from the gallery/list/tree browser like xbmc allows. That turned out to be a lot of bother. But, if people like the idea and the powers that be are into it I'll code it up. Donovan..?

I created this patch to help me find newly added videos but #1569 is much better for that. I was going to mark this ticket resolved/rejected/whatever but I see that someone in the comment history is loving it so I'll let higher powers decide on the appropriate disposition.

Various small cleanups and speed improvements.
- Folders in metadata only view
- Option to ignore case in title comparisons (though a locale may override this)
- Multiple prefixes should be consistent now
- All metadata fields are available to the theme in all views
- Minor redraw issue
- Consistent metadata representation across views (where appropriate)
Fixes fully (to my knowledge) all referenced tickets.
I'm using it.... I'm loving it...
