Description

Running trunk 21351 on a 1080p display (bluetube-wide). The channel editor is unusable due to text over-write of every line in the channel list (including the channel callsign column.)

Text layout appears okay under tera, so seems to be a theme issue.

(In [21353]) Don't set buttontext for the channel editor list. I don't really like doing this, but it's the lesser of two evils right now. Refs #6870

(In [22099]) Closes #6870. Adjust the default-wide channel editor layout to fix overlap and layout issues.
