Add highlighting to MythMusic search lists

Description

This patch inserts highlighting around the matches within the MythMusic search list. Currently it encloses the matching text with '&'.

If possible I would like to make the text 'bold or a different colour but I don't know how to do that.

(In [8144]) Close #691 by applying the patch.

Adds highlighting to MythMusic's search dialog list. Uses color rather than 'and' characters to highlight the matches.
