Description

I have created a wrapper script that resolves an outstanding audio issue with some ivtv based tuners. I would like to have it added to contrib/ for distribution.

Note: This is an attempted work around for the issue described at http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Hauppauge_PVR-500#Audio_Instability

I have moved this script to the wiki and the channel change script category. We are moving this kind of thing there and thinning out contrib.
