Add Phonon-Devel To BuildRequires For RPM Builds

Description

When running trunk/packaging/rpm/build_myth.sh the build will fail if phonon-devel is not installed. After installing phonon-devel the build completed as expected. The host system was Fedora 11 x86_64.

Attached the log. Ignore the fist 10 lines I didn't mean to include them. I would have included the output of buildlog.txt but it was ~500kb which was too big to attach.

I had the same problem when recompiling the atrpms mythtv RPM on FC11, but not on CentOS 5. When I reported it to atrpms, Axel filed an upstream bug: ​https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=520323

Packaging issue with QT on redhat / fc11. Not a Myth issue.
