Every single one of these translations are marked unfinished. Can you please mark those you have translated as finished?

We are working on cleanup, but as there has been request to push initial translation into trac till 7th of September, I uploaded initial translation version. We will probably not able to clean and mark as finished all translations, on other side it is now much better translation than in .21. I will upload updated diff still this week.

I just uploaded Czech translation as is today (.ts diff ). We have finished approx. 1150 translations, rest will follow as cleanup is going forward.
