Description

Fix several initialization defects in libmyth. Most of these defects are likely in deprecated classes. But since they are still in the tree, their defects are still fixed in the attached patch.

Since this patch is largely about deprecated code, it is likely that this ticket should be closed.

Patch touches nothing but deprecated code which will hopefully be removed in 0.24, so closing as 'Won't Fix'.
