Jamu doesn't handle lack of read access to directory

I have an external NAS which places a file in its root directory which is not readable. Jamu exits with:

OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/path/to/directory'

It doesn't appear that specific directories can be excluded in the config. Cheers.

Feature Request without patch-- Jamu needs read access to the directories you point it at...
