Jamu doesn't handle lack of read access to directory

Description
I have an external NAS which places a file in its root directory which is not readable. Jamu exits with:
OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/path/to/directory'
It doesn't appear that specific directories can be excluded in the config. Cheers.
