Recorded programs inconsistent paging behaviour

In the myth recorded programs screen when on Neon-Wide theme, paging up and down in the left pane of titles recorded the up/down movement is half a page at a time; bringing the item at the bottom of the screen to directly above the highlighted item.

However when focus is in the right hand page - when there is more than a page of recordings - such as is typical in All Programmes:

• when the highlighted item is at the top of the pane the behaviour is consistent with that of the left hand pane, moving down half a page
• when the highlighted item is in the middle of the screen (like in the left hand pane) the page up/down moves the number of recordings a whole page at a time.

I would prefer the whole page movements were implemented across all of the panes in all of the above scenarios.
