SELinux is detecting libmythswscale-0.22.so.0.22.0 requires text relocation.
As fixing this would require changes to the library, and there is a workaround given in the log attached, i'm downgrading this and resetting the milestone to the next version, as i doubt the required changes would be suitable for backporting to the stable version.

Bumping for the same reasons it was bumped to .23.

This may have been fixed in 0.23, if not then it needs reporting to ffmpeg as it's their library.
