internal dvd player: DVD Menu button not displayed properly on some DVDs in 0.22

Description

One on my test dvds, the DVD Menu button is not displayed properly in 0.22. It is displayed fine in 0.21. Half of the button is correctly drawn and the other half is drawn upside down.

Going to investigate why soon.

If you're not going to do the debugging yourself, please give the DVD name so someone can attempt to debug the issue.

i'll post the chopped iso on my website soon. its like a home made video I got from otto kolsi, I think about 2 years ago. Its titled SAG_ATT_DU_ALSKAR_MIG.

if anyone has time to fix this.. stripped ISO can be found at ​http://38.114.169.249/dvd_menu_with_incorrect_dvd_button_in_setup.tar.gz

go to the "setup" dvd menu and scroll down through the options. couple of the buttons aren't drawn properly. haven't figured out yet if its dvdnav returning the wrong pixel map or NVP code is drawing it wrong.
