mythfrontend crash when using liveTV w/ XvMC and EPG

Description

mythfrontend will crash if I want to look at the EPG while watching LiveTV w/ XvMC.

Attached patch fixed the crash, but I'm not sure if it should be (osd && xvmc_osd ...) or (xvmc_osd ...)
