Make the jumppoints notice in the Mythweb settings translatable

Hi,

This makes the jummpoints notice in the Mythweb settings pages translatable.

I removed the original static notice and put it in the English translation.

PS: Let's hope the notice goes out this time as it did not when I updated Ticket #7527 two days ago.
