Mythweather - Change of units doesn't properly work

Description

After changing the units of my mythweather screens from English Units to SI units, and revisiting the screens the following was observed.

  1. The units change from F -> C (correct)
  2. The value doesn't change, so 34F -> 34C (incorrect)

I have experienced this problem in Mythbuntu 9.10 (Mythtv 0.22), with the default mythtv package version and with the latest 0.22 fixes

I was trying to change the units to English for current weather using the Environment Canada database.

(In [23735]) Fix a number of MythWeather bugs mainly related to switching units and locations not working properly. Also fixes a bug which was causing the first screen a long time to update.

Fixes #7824, #7107, #7825 and possibly also fixes #6283.
