Auto-disable AC3 passthru when using timestretch

Description

The attached patch (from John Poet originally, though I've updated it to SVN 8235) disables AC3 passthru when using timestretch. AC3 passthru is re-enabled when you go back to normal playback speed.

...and of course, please ignore the VERBOSE(VB_IMPORTANT,...) message in NuppelVideoPlayer.cpp ... just a debug statement I left in.
