Add nb (Norwegian Bokmål) keyboard layout

Description

Please find a patch which adds mythtv/themes/default/keyboard/nb_ui.xml and mythtv/themes/default/keyboard/nb.xml which provides a Norwegian Bokmål layout for the on-screen keyboard.

The keyboard layout is identical to the danish layout.

The files were created by copying the dk_ui.xml and dk.xml, adding them with svn add and then doing a svn diff from the top-level dir. Please give feedback if this is not the correct approach.
