Need a stored setting for pulse audio driver

Since ubuntu prefers pulse audio driver, mythtv better usable with it, because it doesn't fully reserve the sound card. In exchange for using it, the audio sync slips approximate -250ms, so if I'd like to use pulse driver in mythtv, always need to set audio sync to +250ms at every channel change or begin a video playback. It may be good if this setting (re)stored constantly, connected to used audio driver.

Feature request without patch. Further, this is not the right way to fix the problem. The PulseAudio:default audio output method queries the delay directly from the pulseaudio server, if it does not give the correct delay for you, then you need to report this to the pulseaudio project.
