Mythweb flash player errors out if preview image is missing

Description
If the preview image is missing (see bug 8118), flowplayer will display an error when attempting to load the preview image and will never stream the video. It gives error: "303: Failed to load a resource: Unable to load resources error #2124".
I would think that the ability to stream should not be dependent on an un-needed preview image. Although this issue should be much less probable once 8118 is fixed, this still seems like a weak link that should be bullet proofed. Perhaps only set a preview background if the file exists?
