frontend sometimes locks up when when fast forwarding through .iso intro

mythfrontend / mythvideo version: trunk (pre-0.23) [23767]
Fast forwarding (3x speed I think) through warnings and into the menu resulted in FF staying active through the menu (i.e., it didn't go back to 1x speed). Hitting OK selected a language, but FF stayed active. Pushing play to try to get it back to regular speed resulted in it going to 0x, and no more mashing of any keys would bring life back to the frontend.

Requested information never provided (and if you decide to do so, please do so against current trunk, and if the process hangs, attach with gdb and get a backtrace). Possibly fixed by OSD branch merge since it may not have been DVD specific.

If it wasn't clear from the description, there is no lockup problem when playing at normal speed through all of that stuff. I suspect it has to do with being in fast forward mode as it moves from one chapter (the warnings) to the next chapter (the root menu).
