Problems with DVD-Chapter image editing in MythArchive

Description

When editing the chapter images in mytharchive, several problems occur:

The selected item in the list of chapters is not displayed at all. The seeking through the recording in order to change an image does not update the image preview.

This worked ok in 0.22 and happens at least with the arclight theme (though it seems not to be theme related since the screen seems not to be themed at all).

(In [25067]) MythArchive: Fix the display of the frame and thumb images not always updating correctly in the thumb image finder. Fixes #8220.
