Track removal of possible ToS issues in MythWeather weather.com maps.

Perhaps [23733] should be reverted as it is taken Doppler radar images from weather.com

Actually, if we are foul of weather.com ToS, *all* weather.com weather maps will have to be removed, including the one added in that changeset.

In particular, in section 3B:

  • You may not modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part.
  • In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made and no ownership rights shall be transferred.

From this, I'd posit that without written permission from them, we can't use their maps at all in mythweather.

(In [25182]) Since my request for clarification from weather.com has gone unanswered, I am removing the weather.com weather maps completely for TOS reasons. If we later get clear permission to use it, we can dig the code back out of SVN.
