en_gb translations for MythTV core, created against trunk @ r24112.

There are a lot of line number changes in the diff, which may be an issue at my end (see -users thread). I only noticed these after having addded many new translations via linguist, so please see whether the patch will apply.

Note that there are still about 1800 translations outstanding in the QObject and ThemeUI contexts - all others should be complete.
