Description

The attached patch adds support for tunning Digital TV in Chile, I have tested it using an ISDB-T card "Mygica S870", all but sound works. see bug Ticket #8563, which was unfortunately marked as Invalid, as faad support is built with mythtv already.

Support "Chile" in the channel list, this should work for Brazil, Peru, Argentina as well.
