Mythweb doesn't load useonairguide settings for channels

Description

Mythweb doesn't load the useonairguide setting from the database for the channels, so when you update any other details for one of the channels, all the channel have useonairguide set to zero, thus disabling EIT data.

Patch attached.

I would apply this myself, but i don't know if there are other areas of mythweb that need checking.

(In [25387]) Fixes #8670, this fixes the issue where useonairguide is not set correctly for channels
