ffrwd doesn't survive through program/stream change

Description

Sample DVB clip (related to another ticket/problem #8596) ​http://filebin.ca/thvvek can be used to reproduce problem in recording playback: ffrwd is first enabled (e.g. 3x) but when the program starts and streams change, playback continues as normal playback while it should maintain the selected ffrwd.

This is fixed in trunk and release-0-24-fixes. We no longer pause playback while the OSD is re-created - and hence we don't get the playback speed wrong when we resume.
