Remove the word nuv for an mpg/nuv option

Description

Mythtv-setup has an option to save the original files after transcoding. The description says "original nuv files will be renamed to nuv.old once the transcoding is complete." This patch removes nuv from this sentence to avoid confusion for users with cards creating mpg files. Robert please reword it if *.old sounds too technical.
