予約が全部消えてしまいました

Description

４８時間以降の録画済を消去しましたが、それ以降調子がおかしくなりました。録画予約がすべて消え、表示されません。新しく入力した予約も受け付けられません。このままではまったくTVが観れませんので対処法をご教授ください。

再起動は試しましたがダメでした。Home画面から手動で予約削除も受け付けてもらえません。
