Description
I did some more, also 2 plugins. I attach them as tarball, but please tell me if you like it more when attached as separate diff files.

Disregard my previous commment, I just saw that Jos Hoekstra gave his blessing... Can we add you on the wiki page (please reply on the mailing list not on Trac)?
I'll commit this in a few minutes but I see many translated strings which still have the "unfinished" tag in your diff file (which BTW should preferably be merged together), was that done on purpose or did you forget to reset them?

See also http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/8881 I have contacted Jos. It is indeed true that there are a lot of unfinished strings, I do not check them in because I am not completely satified with the translation yet, this way I know for sure that I or Jos will look at them again. I found out that I overlooked the combined patch part in the wiki, will do that a next time.
