Description
Please find a complete translation update for mythfrontend.
I plan to upload more patches to the mythplugins, so if possible I can use the same ticket to upload the rest of the Norwegian patches.
It would be nice if the attached diff can be applied before RC1 even if there are more patches to come for the plugins.

Hi Rune, the string freeze will be later today and this will introduce some new strings. We'll post a message to the translators mailing list when this happens. You most likely want to update your current patch to include these new strings. Your patches will be comitted before RC1 for sure, I'm just holding back on the commits right now, since everyone most likely want to include the last few strings when we hit the string freeze, in their current patches.

Rune, the source strings in SVN are stable now and a few strings have been added. Feel free to upload an updated version of your patch, and I'll commit it to SVN.
