segfault at appearance menu

Description

I was using the MythTVMediaCenter theme. After an upgrade, the theme is not present. Start mythfrontend, theme is set to the default (G.A.N.T.?). Go to the appearance menu, and get segfault. The last log message is "QComboBox::setCurrentItem: (unnamed) Index 5 out of range"

Summary: Theme not present, segfault at appearance menu → segfault at appearance menu

Update: I manually changed the theme using SQL statements, I still get a segfault when selecting the appearance menu.
