DVD playback / navigation fails

Description

Playing the iso file for Where the Wild Things are, I select Navigate->Root DVD Menu as soon as I start playback and most of the time it shows the menu very briefly and then exits back to mythtv. Maybe one out of 5 times it does show the menu but I can't figure out how those times are different.

This should now be fixed in trunk and release-0-24-fixes. If the problem persists, please open a new ticket and attach the output of mythfrontend -v playback,extra
